    The mission of Global Security Programs is to deliver best-in-class, innovative programs that protect our people, assets, and reputation. This position will be a key member of Global Security Programs IP Protection team assisting with supply chain policy, audit, and company compliance, as well as ensuring proper support is provided to internal partners working on confidential projects.


    • Coordinate daily IP Protection security operations
    • Support the building & improving of security operations using best practices in risk management, physical security and security management
    • Work with Facebook & Oculus project teams to plan and execute IP security for confidential projects
    • Perform supply chain security audits, review procedures and constantly evaluate facility activity/operations for security weaknesses that may reduce the facilities overall security posture

    • Perform site assessments for satellite locations, M&A, and research centers
    • Network and build relationships with key partners
    • Prepare operations orders and conduct after action reviews
    • Cross-collaborate with internal Global Security partners to prmote business continuity
    • Generate and submit IP security plans to the Product Security Manager as it pertains to each project
    • Survey and provide thoughtful solutions / after actions to the Product Security Manager
    • Create summaries, narratives and statistical reports
    • Assist in the management of select global security policies and creation of corresponding audit templates.
    • Partner with internal and external intelligence resources to provide necessary security and safety information to the project team prior to, during, and post project lifecycle.
    • Assist in developing a secure transport model and asset tracking program for assets globally.
    • Drafting and revision of global security policy and standards documentation.
    • Represent global security in meetings with internal and external partners.
    • Creation of analytic reports with business recommendations (including financial impact).
    • Ability to identify trends and their effects from various data sources

    • 5-years of relevant experience or B.A. preferred with 3-years of relevant experience
    • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
