Advocate for an ecosystem informed by both data-driven insights and nuanced business context.
Validate, improve, monitor, and sustain staffing operations that result in maximized hiring for our client maximized candidate experience, diverse candidate pipelines and recruiter satisfactions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience using Verint for Workforce Management.
5 years of experience in workforce/real time analyst.
2 Workforce/ Operational management.
2 years of experience in people management.
Experience in a staffing environment and exposure to multiple aspects of the recruitment process.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be diplomatic, and influence stakeholders, vendors, and associated teams.
Ability to operate with transparency and build relationships through demonstrating authentic empathy.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of handling large-scale teams and multiple stakeholders.
