  • Overview

    Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) who implements and ensures the delivery of employee training and development programs and supports an assigned business line(s), in accordance with core development, change management and key business initiatives.

    Focuses on programs that are designed to ensure appropriate organizational alignment and the execution of employee training and development strategy in order to engage, develop and retain talent.


    • Manage all Trainers and SME's for each client.
    • Create all needed Graduation Rate and Show Rate Reporting.
    • Partner with the Quality Manager to integrate, implement, and coordinate all needed training programs and strategies for the existing teams.
    • Review, revise, and create any existing and new cirriculum.


    Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing with various levels of employees, management and leadership.

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external business partners, with a focus on effective customer service.

    Ability to effectively manage and lead projects that may vary in nature, scope and complexity.

    Ability to directly/indirectly mentor, coach and train others.

    Ability to identify and/or document existing and new processes as well as evaluate their effectiveness, develop improvements and/or recommend changes or alternatives.

    Ability to understand and interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional solutions.

    Knowledge of the principles, practices, and standards of human resources, talent management, change management and/or organizational development.

    Knowledge of training methodologies and assessments, such as 360’s, MBTI, DiSC, PDI, DDI, etc. Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

    Proficient with learning/talent management systems and tools.

    Must be willing and able to travel.
