    Our customer in the Silicon Valley is looking for a high-performing individual to provide AV/VC and Events support.


    • Install, configure, and manage Cisco and Polycom video endpoint (RPRM and TMS Server)
    • Use Cisco Unified Call Manager application remote tool for VOIP phones
    • Perform daily walk-through and validation of conference rooms to verify supported functionality
    • Provide "All-Hands" type meeting support; camera recording for events; meeting room support
    • Set-up and operation of all audio-visual equipment. (Video endpoints, sound processors, and control systems) Onsite Support Management of Sedna Creator/Player
    • Troubleshoot minor AV issues (Examples: Issues with projectors, TV, PC, Mac, digital signage, install and configure Prism screens, Video bridging services, Webex, Crestron, AMX, Extron, IP configurations and CMR issues.)
    • Manage and maintain onsite auditorium's Tricaster, video feeds, streaming services, recordings, live audio and visual presentations from clients.
    • Utilize ServiceNow ticketing systems for team usage and escalate other issues to appropriate team
    • Work with network team to ensure connectivity to VC equipment, room PCs, as well as all IP phones campus-wide.
    • Other duties, as assigned


    • Possess ability to install and configure Polycom video end points
    • Previous meeting or conference room support
    • Knowledge of PC and Mac systems a necessity
    • Must be self-sufficient and have a high ownership of duties and projects
    • Must be a self-starting, motivated individual who works well under pressure, can stand alone or work as part of a

      team, and can maintain a high-level of attention to detail 

    • Effective interpersonal and feedback skills with peers and all levels of management 

    • 2-3 years of AV/VC Support experience preferred
