    The Global Security Programs team develops global programs that mitigate risk and optimize processes to support the mission of the company and the advancement of the Global Security organization. To help protect our people, assets and reputation, we implement and manage strategic solutions that are repeatable and scalable.


    As the GSP Team Coordinator (PC1), you will be responsible for coordinating the team’s logistical needs in event planning, meetings, and communication with internal teams while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy. This role will report to the Programs and Projects Lead while providing full administrative support to the Head of Global Security Programs.


    • Provide full administrative team support including calendar management for internal and external meetings
    • Organize and manage team meetings and follow-up
    • Organize and manage team off-sites, workshops and other activities
    • Support team growth and space planning initiatives
    • Collaborate with other staff to organize large events
    • Help prepare correspondence and various presentations
    • Help with ad hoc projects of varying complexity, scope and duration as they come up
    • Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in other departments
    • Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
    • Support daily tasks and general responsibilities


    • 1+ years of full-time administrative assistance experience
    • 1+ years project management or coordinating experience
    • Excellent planning and prioritizing skills
    • Organized and detailed oriented
    • Experience working with cross functional teams
    • Experience juggling multiple projects and priorities
    • Experience with space planning, particularly on growing teams
    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced PPT and Excel skills
    • Experience with Adobe Photoshop



    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
