This is for a substitute resource for 2 days (Oct 12 and Oct 15, 2018), when Jon McCue will be on PTO.
We are seeking an individual who can provide client-facing support for corporate meetings environments, and operation of audio and video conferencing equipment and other business technologies. Technical responsibilities include but are not limited to audio, video, conferencing technology, tasks, projects, maintenance, Apple iOS, Windows, and other basic desktop related support. Capabilities to confidently and quickly diagnose problems in the field using technical skill sets in order to effectively support and resolve issues.
1. Event Support
a. Facilitate GE internal events
b. Manage event requests
c. Manage AV/VC infrastructure used to support GE managed events
d. Manage planned AV/VC events while refining a standardized process for
e. Tours of Design Center
2. Concierge/Meeting Support
a. Facilitate GE sponsored Internal Executive meetings
b. High Touch VIP meeting management
c. Staffing and scheduling for VIP meetings
d. Perform “dress rehearsals” for VIP meetings
e. Immersion Rooms meeting support
f. Conference Rooms meeting support
g. Immersion Rooms infrastructure support
3. Design Center Innovation/Management
a. Infrastructure Support
b. Identify areas for improvement as it relates to current Design Center
c. Participate in architecture discussions related to the Design Center.
Milestone would provide feedback and guidance as to whether future plans could be effectively supported in the Design Center, or if technical
changes would be needed to support future requirements.
4. Technical Room Sweeps
a. AV/VC conference rooms daily support service
b. Remediation and standardization of rooms
c. AVI (Room) Inspections
d. Escalation management
e. Ensure all equipment is functional and orderly, and collaborate with GE
Facilities Maintenance team when necessary to resolve equipment or
f. Plan for future, keeping upcoming events in mind
g. Documentation of process
b. Milestone AV/VC team will provide weekly, monthly and quarterly service metrics
reporting to GE
c. Future change orders will use GE supplied Change Order template / form.
