    Milestone is looking for a technician to work with the telco logistics team at our client. This role is crucial in ensuring that our client and employee’s expectations are exceeded resulting in a world-class experience. This role will be directly responsible for interpreting incoming task requests pertaining to phones, tablets, and other specialty devices that use cellular networks and fulfilling those requests efficiently, while communicating and collaborating with users, fellow technicians, and leads.

    • Reviewing and completing user requests or tasks for accuracy and communicate with users
    • Log task data and be able to pull and reference it later for special reports and projects
    • Place orders for phones, data cards, and SIM cards through various carriers and conduct inbound services, which include receiving and entering equipment into the system
    • Replenish loaner stock for help desks and field offices as requested
    • Complete all provisioning tasks, which include assigning equipment, collecting equipment, and connecting mobile lines to equipment for client, as well as international travel service changes
    • Update systems with received lines including device information; upload mobile phone numbers to Active Directory
    • Add/remove mobile numbers to/from the carrier accounts for Corporate Enrollment, carrier port, or line releases as requested
    • Activate and provision HTL data or SIM cards for HTL requests
    • Identify, track, and create tickets for individual vendor usage alerts
    • Troubleshoot all technical issues related to phones, tablets, and other supported devices
    • Delegate outbound service matters to the appropriate IT Logistics team and device allocation
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Education/Experience
      • High school diploma or equivalent relevant work experience required, AA preferred
      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunication services, wireless retail, or help desk support preferred
      • Experience working in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred
    • Technical Skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • Familiarity with inventory management tools preferred
      • Basic understanding of different operating systems (Mac, Windows, and Linux)
    • Soft Skills
      • Agile and exhibits a strong sense of urgency
      • Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
      • Excellent task management, verbal and written communication skills combined with relentless follow up
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Other Job Requirements
      • Available to work 40 hours/5 days per week with offset hours (occasional overtime as required)
      • Ability to move/lift at least 25 lbs.
      • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations
