    Milestone Technologies is looking for an HR Systems Lead who will be responsible for best in class HR service delivery.  The person in this role is responsible for ensuring employee data and reporting are accurate and timely and operations are running at maximum efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Compensation, Benefits, and Systems, this position will own various programs and processes for the HR organization to include systems, reporting and analytics, compliance, and process improvement.


    • Manage data transactions for HRIS, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes by balancing the workload among HR Coordinators and tracking to completion
    • Responsible for reporting and data analytics for HR and as required by the business
    • Responsible for data integrity ensuring accuracy with our global employee data maintained in ADP and as we feed other internal systems
    • Generate letters to employees confirming employee movement, promotions, pay changes, etc.
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal customers
    • Partner with internal organizations such as Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams for clean receipt or hand-off of data
    • Participate in HR projects such as system/module implementation, process improvement, and new program rollouts, etc.
    • Manage all compliance activities for HR
    • Ensure processes are working efficiently, processes are documented, and training is provided as needed within HR and throughout the company as necessary.


    • 5+ years of Human Resources operations/systems experience
    • Extensive experience with HR systems and operations
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Highly proficient with Excel
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
