    Responsibilities

    Required:



    • 2 or more customer service experience

    • 4 or more years of video gaming knowledge

    • 3 or more years working in a tech support environment

    • Must possess the ability to work independently or part of a team.

    • Provide feedback as well as collecting data as

    • Reporting and reproducing bugs within the client UI

    • Collecting test metrics warranted by test plan.

    Qualifications

    Nice to have but not needed.



    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

    • College degree
