The Compensation Analyst role at Milestone primarily consults management and other key stakeholders as a subject matter expert in the fundamental compensation analysis, comparative talent market assessments, wage and hour employment law compliance and aspects of Total Rewards practices as needed to meet business and client demand. This position is responsible for administering, maintaining, and in some cases, designing and managing compensation policy, programs and procedures designed to continuously improve Milestone’s talent acquisition and retention capabilities worldwide.
To be successful in this role, significant experience with talent and people data management and reporting, comfort performing moderately complex analytics in Excel, highly confident attention to detail, general ability to work in a high stress environment, influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity are critically important. This position often works independently as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders and member of many cross-functional project teams.
