    The Global Security Strategic Initiatives (GSSI) team develops global programs that mitigate risk and optimize processes to support the mission of the company and the advancement of the Global Security organization. To help protect our people, assets and reputation, we implement and manage strategic solutions that are repeatable and scalable.


    This role is responsible for, but not limited to, leading of efforts associated with design, implementation, and maintenance of security auditing procedures and best practices. A successful candidate will lead projects on all mentioned responsibilities on a global level.




    • Lead a team of audit specialists to ensure compliance with documented standards and industry standards.
    • Ensure that all audit processes are clear, applicable, and non-ambiguous.
    • Work closely with internal and cross-functional partners to test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of the audit program.
    • Support the development and execution of an audit program from commencement to implementation.
    • Verify compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
    • Build and develop relationships both internally and externally to help drive strategic objectives with the business.



    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience and/or exposure to Physical Security operations and projects.
    • Experience auditing access control systems, technology, and security operations.
    • Expert knowledge of audit standards and quality controls
    • Possesses or able to possess a passport for international travel.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain scalable programs, processes, and procedures with minimal direction or supervision.
    • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in different time zones.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong work ethic and high level of discretion
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrates initiative, strong judgment and commitment for results
    • Familiarization with ISO Auditing Standards
