  • Overview

    We are seeking an individual who can provide client-facing support for corporate meetings environments, and operation of audio and video conferencing equipment and other business technologies.  Technical responsibilities include but are not limited to audio, video, conferencing technology, tasks, projects, maintenance, Apple iOS, Windows, and other basic desktop related support. Capabilities to confidently and quickly diagnose problems in the field using technical skill sets in order to effectively support and resolve issues.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate to technical and non-technical customers and clients.
    • Understanding and implementing, setup, and operation of all audiovisual equipment. (Video endpoints, sound processors, and control systems)
    • Ability to understand signal flow and technology components, and demonstrate the ability to communicate and report this to others.
    • Experience with high-level quality customer service.
    • Experience with conferencing platforms such as Cisco, Polycom, Video Bridging Services, and WebEx.
    • Experience with control systems such as Crestron, AMX, and Extron.
    • Experience with basic voice and video network.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrates and uphold professional company core values.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends if needed.
    • At least three or more years in the audio/ visual industry.
    • Ability to handle a number of simultaneous projects while demonstrating urgency and ownership to drive an overall program to completion.
    • Strong communication skills and experience working with highly technical management teams.
    • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities in a fast paced environment.
    • Constructively work and communicate with cross-functional corporate teams and consistently deliver against set goals.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse and cultural corporate environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exposure to large-scale systems.

    Web or Internet start-up environment and customer service experience a big plus.
