    Global Security Programs (GSP) mission is to ship innovative security programs that protect people, assets, and reputation. The Regional Project Coordinator III will support this mission with the development of global security programs, standardized best practices and strategic initiatives, enabling a safe and secure environment.


    The Regional Project Coordinator will support GSP in NORAM by strengthening XFN partnerships with regional Physical Security teams, third party security vendors, and Facilities Leaders and strategically assess priorities, key objectives and drive impact. This role will report to the Programs and Projects Lead and under the direction of the Regional Project Coordinator Lead.


    • Designs standardized processes and Best Practices from initiation to completion in partnership with SMEs, including comprehensive project plans, documentation, measurements, communication, and implementation to global security leaders and teams.
    • Manages end to end project plans ensuring on-time delivery while driving execution.
    • Provides key business partners with information and recommendations to assist in the development, optimization, and implementation of new and current security programs.
    • Researches and evaluates industry standards and benchmarks to support projects (as needed).
    • Fosters strong cross functional partnerships and able to effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.
    • Develops sustainable Best Practices, Processes, Knowledge Documents, and Standards with cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class security programs.
    • Proofreads and edits communications, Best Practice documents, resource tools and training resources.
    • Designs creative layouts for web-based training templates and knowledge articles, business reviews, and presentation documents.
    • Creates sustainable communication themes in conjunction with systematic routines, processes, and preparedness activities for security teams to execute consistently.
    • Maintains project management resources and tools including templates, dashboards, project sprints, and enhances project workflows.


    • Ability to work independently as a regional resource with XFN partners as well as in a team environment
    • Demonstrated project or program management expertise
    • Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) applications
    • Resilient and adaptable while driving impact
    • Ability to analyze stakeholder needs and resolve conflicts while communicating decisions in a timely manner
    • Experience in managing requests/concerns from regional and local partners to ensure success of programs on a global scale
    • Experience in the development of processes & procedures
    • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills


    • Bachelors degree in related field
    • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in project or program management.
