The AV/VC Break/Fix & Event Support Technician is responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to the internal users of our client Workday. This role will support collaboration meetings using A/V systems. Meetings include All Hand’s events, webcasts, and smaller, but global audio or video sessions. Support of various media events and training sessions will also be required. This role will also require a solid understanding of VC platforms such as Zoom and Cisco. Break fix in this role acts as an escalation point for the Level 1 (Sweep Team). Demonstrates a solid understanding of IP Networking technologies (knowledge of the OSI model, experience troubleshooting TCP/IP based issues, switches, routers, etc.) SIP and Jabber knowledge as well as familiarity with the AV/VC industry in terms integrators, hardware manufacturers, and best practices.
