    The Global Security Systems & Technology team both programs and commissions the security systems, implements best-in-class technology, and partners with other teams to enhance the security systems experience while keeping people and assets safe.


    As the Global Security Project Specialist, I the role will support the Technical Project Manager to ensure all projects are delivered to standard, on time and to budget. The role works directly with Global Security and the regional team to develop strategies, programs, systems and tools that enhances our approach in keeping our employees safe and secure. Gather and analyze information on myriad security processes across the organization to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. The Project Specialist I will assist the Project Manager to manage and the completion of the MAC projects.


    • Develop insightful recommendations to address complex operational and strategic problems.
    • Evaluate the impact of proposed changes, with attention to scalability and sustainability over time.
    • Manage cross-functional projects from outline to implementation.
    • Works closely with varied technical personnel to ensure documentation is created to technical specifications.
    • Works within program discipline and develops expertise as the documentation SME, to expedite revisions, corrections, and changes to previously published documentation.
    • Sets up reviews and walkthroughs with technical SME’s to complete documentation for ongoing use.
    • Supports management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations; with client and management approval, assists with the determination of requirements, priorities and monitoring of progress.
    • Evaluates project status and resource utilization; implements changes as needed; reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
    • Meets regularly with management for status updates.
    • Attend meetings and collects all relevant information and provide written overview to project manager.
    • Creates project plans and builds consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders


    • Three or more years of project or applicable experience.
    • Experience in root cause analysis, industry benchmarking, survey evaluation and data interpretation.
    • Strong understanding of security systems (CCure, Genetech, etc)


    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field.

    • Ability to apply logic and reason to solve complex problems.
    • Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate in technical and non-technical formats to both internal and external partners (verbal and written).
    • Positive attitude and enjoys a fast pace and open environment.
    • Organization and attention to detail is a must.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at one time while keeping things moving along.
