    The Project Coordinator III is responsible for supporting the Security Manager with all administrative functions, operations, and requests. Strong interpersonal and administrative skills are required to be effective in this position.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate weekly syncs and service review meetings, capturing notes and managing the completion of AI with team members
    • Monitors tasks and hold resources accountable for meeting task deliverables.
    • Assists with metrics and data monitoring and extraction
    • Supports the team or department, including agenda and meeting material creation, issue and decision-making tracking, status reporting, and documentation management.
    • Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical team members. 
    • Track a variety of metrics to show team's progress and efficiency from databases, such as Dashboards, shared docs, CCure, Perspective. Develop comprehensive reports and submit summary reports to management each week, month, quarter.
    • Work with the Global Security Technical Manager to better develop data sources.
    • Represent metrics visually on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
    • Provide excellent customer service to client managers in a fast-pace environment.
    • Perform assignments and provide support in the varying functional areas of physical security administration.
    • Gather weekly highlights from multiple client managers, refines the wording/metrics/collages and reports the clean copy to higher client management. Gather monthly deliverables and wins from multiple client managers and report it to the higher client management team in a clean, organized manner. Liaise with client managers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. Manage project progress via internal client tools.
    • Provide accurate and consistent project updates to the client management team as requested/needed. Create professional and unique presentations for client high level management meetings/gatherings. Create and manage regional area maps of client-controlled spaces.

    Qualifications

    Experience:

    • Two or more years-experience in relevant work experience
    • Expert Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge
    • Knowledge and experience with Physical Security (crime prevention, safe procedures, personnel security procedures, etc.) Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work diligently and independently.
    • Ability and willingness to perform physical security detail.
    • Ability to work in highly stressful and demanding conditions.
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
    • Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor with an outgoing personality

    Education:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, or similar fields; or equivalent practical experience.
