    The Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) is responsible for timely meeting minutes, calendar scheduling, management reports, financial book keeping, editing documentation, and obtaining client specific information required for new business development activities.


    • Provide direct support in the execution and delivery of managed services.
    • Coordinate tasks and manage resources responsible for execution of services.
    • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
    • Track project milestones and deliverables.
    • Develop and deliver proposals, requirements, documentation, and presentations.
    • Management reporting support in Recruiting, Business Development, Technical Writing, Wiki/Intranet design and documentation.
    • Provide support in meeting coordination, conferences, training, and budgeting.
    • Interpret demand forecasts and assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
    • Assist in developing new business proposals and introducing new technologies to enhance competitiveness of company products and services.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with an emphasis on Excel, Powerpoint.
    • Pivot tables, financial tracking, basic analytics
    • Experience in Tableau and Visio a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical capability; ability to exercise sound judgment; strong decision-making skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong organization and prioritization skills; ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • This position can be based out of Fremont, CA, Menlo Park, CA or Mountain View, CA.
