    Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter who displays a combination of a proactive mentality, discipline, integrity, and a strong work-ethic. Compensation for the position consists of salary and commission component. The Inside Sales Representative for IMAC is primarily responsible for the large volume of opportunities smaller in revenue size, and supports both revenue growth and overall needs for administering deals. 



    • Create new leads and market opportunities (prospecting/cold calling).
    • Create and qualify opportunities.
    • Help develop pipeline.
    • Help manage and bring opportunities to closure with guidance from the team.
    • Work with Sales & Marketing on lead generation efforts.
    • Visit customer sites and conduct walkthroughs as assigned.
    • Coordinate and follow up with clients, partners, and vendors.
    • Work directly with a variety of customers to address questions and concerns, provide timely response to requests, juggle shifting priorities and keep on top of deadlines and expected follow through.
    • Effectively manage client & partner relationship.
    • Work closely with sales and ops teams during preparation of proposals and RFP’s participation.
    • Establish strategic initiatives for large high-value client relationships.
    • Report and communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner on sales activities.
    • Make and accept customer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, while providing honest, sincere and courteous assistance to the customer’s needs. This includes necessary follow-up to ensure that the customer’s expectations are met/exceeded.
    • Assist with routine aspects of administering larger deals:
    • Arrange and conduct customer sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
    • Send contracts for e-signing
    • Track PO’s
    • Manage COI’s
    • Audit recaps
    • Assist with Ops handoffs
    • Support sales reporting needs for IMAC ops.
    • Educate customers on all new features and other company products and services.
    • Assist with competitor research and analysis efforts as needed.
    • Foster innovation by helping develop new ways of doing business.
    • Take individual initiative to get things done by actively working to improve current processes.

    • Problem solving skills, able to see through problems and suggest/offer positive solutions while maintaining a friendly attitude.
    • Team player who is self-motivated, self-directed, well organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Able to build customer relations.
    • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism.



    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
    • 2+ years of sales experience in an inside sales role. Experience in B2B, high-tech, and Managed Services preferable.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
    • Ability to work both independently as well as in close collaboration with team members.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure without close supervision.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, NetSuite, and/or other CRM applications.
