    Responsibilities

    • Assists Operation managers across accounts
    • Point of contact for team resources, facilitating questions and requets, i.e. travel
    • Coordinate weekly syncs and service review meetings, capturing notes and managing the completion of AI with team members

    • Monitors tasks and hold resources accountable for meeting task deliverables.
    • Assists with metrics and data monitoring and extraction
    • Supports the team or department, including agenda and meeting material creation, issue and decision-making tracking, status reporting, and documentation management.
    • Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical team members.
    • Creates project PowerPoint presentations based off of collected data with guidance of the client and operations managers
    • Provide other technical and support duties as assigned.
    • Other duties as assigned by Milestone management. 

    Qualifications

    • Two or more years-experience in relevant work experience
    • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
    • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
    • Intermediate to advanced MS PowerPoint skills
    • Ability to thrive in an ever changing and dynamic environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organization
    • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to quickly learn and master new technology

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2 years relevant experience.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Excellent writing, proofing, editing, and illustration skills
    • Ability to meet multiple, tight deadlines, and take ownership of writing tasks from start to finish without management oversight
    • Experience with Physical Security or Security Systems is a plus
