    Support the development of new resources, information and standardize security Best Practices within Global Security; enabling a safe and secure environment. The Project Coordinator is a skilled and experienced leader with strong communications and organizational skills that will be responsible for working cross-functionally with multiple teams. They will analyze information on myriad security processes across the organization to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

     

     

    The Global Security Resiliency team role involves working in a fast paces environment helping to keep the company’s people and assets safe and secure. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for all project management activities for medium to complex security systems projects, including project leadership, planning, execution, control, and post-project review. This individual works with internal and external subject matter experts and vendors to execute the customers’ requirements and anticipates needs. The candidate will be able to take a concept and turn it into an actionable project and deliverable with minimal supervision.

     

     

    In order to be successful in this position, the individual is expected to demonstrate significant depth of technical expertise in project management and drive continuous improvement of project management policies, standards, and procedures

    Responsibilities

    Manage cross-functional projects and teams from outline to implementation.

    Fosters strong cross pyramid partnerships and able to effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.
    Assists and coordinates strategic development, deployment and delivery of all Global Security Technical Systems Project Management objectives.
    Develops sustainable Best Practices, Process Knowledge Documents and Standards intended for security teams globally.

    Develops insightful recommendations to address complex operational and strategic problems.

    Provides key business partners with information and recommendations to assist in the development and implementation of training resources and plans.

    Create project plans and build consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders.

    Researches and evaluates industry standards and benchmarks to support projects.

    Develops technical processes and procedures, flowcharts, presentation material, maintaining online documentation, and various other forms of documentation.

    Proof and edit communications, Best Practice documents, resource tools and trainings.

    Create sustainable communication themes in conjunction with systematic routines, processes, and preparedness activities for security teams to execute consistently.
    Creative formatting of web-based training templates and knowledge articles, business reviews and presentation documents.
    Looking for operational efficiencies while documenting content and communicating areas of improvement within process.

    Coordination and execution of team events and tours from conception to completion.

    Finance coordination as requested.

    Other duties as assigned by client or Milestone management.

    Qualifications

    3+ years of direct project or project coordination experience.

    Possess strong writing ability with excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Excels at handling multiple projects and diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.

    Be an analytical thinker who can help define and drive processes with the ability to apply logic and reason to solve complex problems.
    Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

    Proficiency in MS Suites
    Demonstrated experience with team development, mentoring, coaching, or training is a plus.
