    Data Analyst
    Milestone is looking for a passionate Data Capture Coordinator to assist with our client's Facilities, Culinary, and Security (FCS) Operations group. The Data Capture Coordinator is able to support FCS turn data and information into insightful solutions that help align the client's business units and over all goals. The client group works on tools, technology, processes, budget, and planning. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, proven work experience in data analytics and the ability to work closely with a variety of key team members such as Developers and Engineers.



    • Works closely with varied technical personal to ensure data is organized and stored based on specifications.
    • Prepare and sort documents and data sheets for data entry, including combining and rearranging data.
    • Verify accuracy of data from designated sources and ensure data integrity by making sure that accurate data is entered and maintained in various databases.
    • Check with supervisor regarding incomplete information or data inaccuracies.
    • Locate and correct any data errors by confirming its integrity with supervisors.
    • Create and maintain a data entry process for new data and to log changes.
    • Generate periodic reports based on maintained data.
    • Respond to information and data requests from authorized FCS members.
    • Provide supervisors and key partners with information and data to assist in presentations and communications supporting all areas of FCS.
    • Helps develop documentation and/or presentations, including PowerPoint presentations.
    • Ensures the integrity of data used in the above presentations.
    • Works with supervisors to identify and prioritize initiatives which focus on consistent and efficient operations around data management.
    • Draft/publish group wiki and web pages.



    • Highly organized, data entry, attention to detail, inquisitiveness to question inaccuracies, thoroughness, data analysis and presentation.
    • Proficient in MS Suites: Excel and PowerPoint


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-2 years of experience
