    This role is responsible for, but not limited to, leading a team of regional standards coordinators that will be responsible for efforts associated with design, implementation and maintenance of standards, operating procedures and best practices as well as capturing and documenting routines.

    Responsibilities

    Design best practices and support creation of standards, policies and guidance for Global Security
    Create an integrated framework in adherence to local and international laws, regulations and directives
    Ensure that all GS related authoritative sources are captured and reflected in created standards
    Constantly monitor the ever-changing security environment with the intention of creating, updating and enhancing Global Security Best Practices and Routines

    Ensure that all created requirements and guidelines are clear, applicable and non-ambiguous
    Support measuring the effectiveness of implemented standards through compliance monitoring
    Work across all levels of the organisation providing advice to organisational management and regional leadership teams
    Capture and analyse feedback from the regional teams in order to improve all standards, policies and best practices
    Bring greater synergy and alignment on all security processes
    Review architectural design layouts to ensure proper implementation of security standards

    Qualifications

    Experience:

     

     

    Bachelor’s Degree
    Experience leading a team, with team members located in remote locations

    Experience in design and implementation of standards, policies, procedures.

    Experience working in Physical Security with exposure to global operations/projects

    Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects
    Strong work ethic and high level of discretion
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    - able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
    - effective facilitation skills, able to facilitate group discussions.
    - attention to detail, able to develop accurate written materials.
    - action orientated, able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
