    The position is responsible for supervising of staff, processes and Equipment returning back into Stock, Inventory Life Cycle and EOL. The Supervisor handles all labor, productivity, safety, and quality concerns for the area. They will be required to collaborate with other departments. This position is key to the department and requires a high level of integrity and honesty. 


    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

    Schedule and Manage department team members to ensure efficiency. 

    Create necessary processes and ensure those processes are effective 

    Provide managers and peers with information about quality, safety, delivery, cost and morale

    Monitor metrics and key performance indicators to assess productivity and cost management

    Help with implementation of and continued adherence to Continuous Improvement/Lean/5S Activities

    Lead by example of positive reinforcement 

    Maintains good partnerships with customer by responding to their needs and requirements (internal and external)

    Consistently maintain a professional demeanor and communicates in a respectful and collaborative manner with coworkers, managers and others in workplace

    Navigates within our warehouse management system to monitor inventory movements and its current locations.

    May be required to perform duties outside of the above responsibilities from time to time, as needed

    Resolves task related problems in straightforward situations

    Identify returned devices and moves to proper area within warehouse


    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Receiving and Reverse Logistics

    Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Supervisory Experience

    Inventory Systems knowledge is strongly recommended

    Understanding of good documentation practices

    Ability to work under a stressful environment and to meet or exceed customer expectations

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong sense of urgency and drive to succeed

    Follows detailed and defined instructions

    Flexibility and ability to adjust to sudden changes in operational goals 

    Must be team oriented and portray a commitment to task(s)
