  • Overview

    We are seeking a Localization Coordinator to ensure that we are always providing the most up to date, accurate and high-quality support to the millions of teachers that rely on us across the world. You will maintain the content in our online platforms across 16 different languages, overseeing translation requests (though applicants need not be multilingual), responding to user feedback, and ensuring a high quality product. You will become an expert in what changes are needed to our products for international audiences, and how these changes can better support our technology’s use in the classroom. And you will share this expertise through all our programs, so that our teachers are aware of everything that is possible with our tools.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update our online professional development center and associated exams with localized content in 16+ languages, ensuring the curriculum remains coherent and classroom focused.
    • Coordinate with regional (local sales team) leads to respond to user feedback and implement changes to our programs, ensuring that we always provide a high-quality service.
    • Oversee a team of independent, global contractors for contextualization needs, and handle administrative tasks associated with execution.
    • In partnership with internal and external vendors, scope and prioritize updates and changes.
    • Consolidate and communicate product updates to internal content manager and specified communities, alongside program managers and the community manager.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to exam vouchers for US and International audiences.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Excellent written ability and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • A baseline knowledge of G Suite for Education.
    • Proficiency with G Suite tools and applications.
    • Experience in project or program management, especially with regards to the internationalization process (localizing content and/or products).
    • Experience developing, executing and documenting processes involving a number of stakeholders.    
    • Some industry experience in education (teaching, administration, business or academic)
