    Ensure a safe working environment

    Support Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose Bay Area Locations
     
    The reverse logistics Technician will be in charge of processing and updating assets accurately and effectively as part of Milestone daily Operations with Google Client

    Responsibilities

    • Follows company attendance and  punctuality of scheduled hours
    • Reverse logistics Tech must be able to perform job related duties as designed
    • Perform process of reverse logistics with accuracy and effectiveness
    • Follow and use guidelines from Milestone’s Runbook processes
    • Identify returned devices and moves to proper area within warehouse
    • Ensures workload and duties are performed in a safe manner
    • Captures all incoming data in Returns spreadsheet
    • Flexibility to move in between urgent and ongoing tasks
    • Share ideas and improvement plans with Supervisor
    • Update CAMP according to TASK being performed
    • Improves the use of software and applications to speed up daily processing
    • Meets commitment promptly
    • Breaks and lunch hours are effectively used
    • Ensure work area is clean and presentable
    • Ensure all returned hardware is checked into CAMP same business day

     

    Qualifications

    • Apply a range of experience and skills to meet established productivity and SLA standards.
    • Support management's decisions to install teamwork and quality standards
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written
    • Physical demands- while performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, lift
    • Duties of the job are performed in both an office environment and a warehouse
