    • Manage all sign-in sheet procedures
      • Ensuring all SIS get turned on timely basis
      • Cross check time enter in ADP to SIS
      • Submit SIS to appropriate depts
    • Manage all CSat Surveys
    • Manage Supply Inventory
      • Track all supplies used on project
      • DR/PL Shirt Inventory
    • Assist in Maintaining DR Pool and company relationship with them as main point of contact, including:
      • Balance DR Resource rotation
      • Record DR Resource non-responses, last minute cancellations, no shows and performance issues
      • Identify DR Resources’ strengths/weaknesses
      • Resolve issues or ensuring proper turnover to HR
    • Support resource utilization
      • Coordinate IMAC technician recruiting and hiring with all involved departments
      • Support with schedule creation and facilitate resource utilization
      • Assist in maintaining contact information and availability
    • Support DR pool maintenance and company relationship
    • Assist in coordination of IMAC activity when needed
    • Assist Third Party Utilization
      • Assist in identifying ways to streamline use of agency employees for all levels of employees
      • Establish processes around metrics, agency tracking, vendor utilization and contractor tracking
    • Assist distributing project activity information with stakeholders
      • Meet with Project Managers, Sales, Clients and stakeholders to review project details
      • Communicate relevant information to applicable team members
      • Support coordination of forms and reports between different departments

    Other duties as requested by Management


    Education and Experience:

    High school diploma with two (2) years of experience with project and administrative related support and/or analysis, College Degree preferred.



    • Strong sense of urgency for deadlines and management of priorities
    • Ability to contribute to collaborative communication to support continuous improvement
    • Thorough knowledge of and proficiency in the use of all applications in MS-Office Suite programs
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow assigned projects through to completion
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Efficient and detail-oriented
    • Excellent customer service skills and experience working with a broad range of internal and external clients
    • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Ability to maintain accurate records
    • Self-motivated with ability to make decisions based on good judgement
    • Ability to accurately complete tasks within established timelines
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with staff and others
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Understanding of safety compliance
