  • Overview

    Work closely with PSDS Support Managers, Quality and Process Teams to create/manage workflows and process. This includes but is not limited to: analyzing current hardware and order management processes, documenting current hardware and order management processes, analyzing data to improve hardware and order management process and recommending hardware and order management process improvements.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze current hardware and order management processes
    • Document current and future hardware and order management processes
    • Analyze data to improve hardware and order management process and recommend hardware and order management process improvements
    • Respond to hardware and order management questions (bugs) and address open issues through cross functional collaboration

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record; in lieu of degree, 2 years relevant work experience
    • Strong business acumen and passion for delivering world-class customer experience
    • Proven problem solving, process improvement and analytical skills
    • Fluency in English (written and oral); additional languages are a plus
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service and/or contact center operations
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
    • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and partnering with cross-functional teams
