This role will support collaboration meetings using A/V systems. Meetings include All Hand’s events, webcasts, and smaller, but global audio or video sessions. Support of various media events and training sessions will also be required. This role will also require a solid understanding of the desktop collaboration tools such as Acano, Webex, On24, and Cisco Jabber.
