    Business Operations Coordinator


    The Business Operations Coordinator performs daily activities associated with the sourcing of Data Center products and services. The coordinator is responsible for provisioning of assets while maintaining data integrity and SOX compliance for client. Through a set of existing and created processes, ensure that all hardware additions and removals are accounted for using hands on or directed skills.


    The Business Operations Coordinator will perform activities that include but are not limited to, the following;

    • Review, analyze, and evaluate data center hardware information systems and end user needs.
    • Perform research and improve data collection, reporting of data and ability to create tickets in remedy system.
    • Work with IT and business users and project teams to analyze, review, and propose solution options based on stakeholder requests.
    • Assess, create, and document business processes and standard work.
    • Prepare and present materials on findings from data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
    • Support procurement operations, vendor dashboards and scorecards.




    • 3+ years of procurement or supply chain planning experience
    • Understanding of the fundamentals of supply chain (demand and supply)
    • Familiarity with dashboards
    • Ability to interpret data and create reports in Excel
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines with great accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Comfortable speaking with members from various departments included upper management and vendors
    • Very customer oriented
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Ability and comfort-ability 
    • Proactive with ability to multi-task and take on additional projects with changing priorities
    • Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to create ad hoc reports/queries using SQL is a plus
    • Data center knowledge a plus



    • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
    • 3+ years’ procurement, supply chain operations experience
