    The Global Security Programs (GSP) Project Coordinator will assist by tracking team projects and tasks using internal tools to ensure timely completion of deliverables and accurate capture of metrics; while also providing project support to new and ongoing GSP initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages daily duties for the engagement program and partnerships with internal GS teams
    • Acts as the main point of contact for both internal and cross-functional engagement projects
    • Evaluates project status and resource utilization; implements changes as needed; reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required
    • Create project plans and builds consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders
    • Supports management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations; with client and management approval, assists with the determination of requirements, priorities and monitoring of progress
    • Works within program discipline and develops expertise as the documentation subject matter expert (SME), to expedite revisions, corrections, and changes to previously published documentation
    • Meets regularly with client management for status updates
    • Leads daily operations and directs the implementation of standards, procedures and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent and uniformed global program
    • Work directly with client to develop strategies, programs, systems and tools that enhances the approach in keeping employees safe and secure
    • Provides ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to internal security teams, cross functional management and executive teams
    • Manages performance metrics to evaluate progress and success
    • Drive global participation efforts in initiatives
    • Promote and identify training needs
    • Execute on-site engagement workshops and speaker series projects
    • Support video creation efforts by sourcing topics, drafting scripts, and meeting with POCs
    • Maintain events calendar, act as regional POC for global projects that require regional collaboration
    • Partner with various communication teams on drafting and scheduling communications
    • Attend meetings with POCs on various engagement projects
    • Promote and identify training needs
    • Execute on-site engagement workshops and speaker series projects, in order to increase brand visibility and awareness
    • Monitor internal groups for potential physical security engagement topics
    • Work with external vendors in the design process of graphics and image design efforts
    • Assist in process sourcing requests for branded items

    Qualifications

    • Graphic design experience a plus
    • Experience planning live events
    • Background in org effectiveness, comms, public relations, or employee engagement
    • Comfortable with public speaking
    • Experience in professional writing and leading engagement plans and programs, including marketing and employee communications Experience leading or planning interviews, live hosting events or serving as brand ambassador, internally or externally
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work well under deadline pressure with employees at all levels
    • Direct project management experience
    • Proficient in MS Suites to include Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Visio

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Technical Communications, or similar fields; or equivalent practical experience 5 or more years of relevant experience preferred
