Milestone Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly-successful Project Manager. This role is directly responsible with developing, leading, and maintaining follow-through for a growing portfolio of critical project work in a dynamic high-tech environment. The scope includes, but is not limited to, new or expanding client business, internal projects, corporate, business segment and/or enterprise level initiatives, and participating in new business due diligence and/or project requirement gathering engagements.


Performance expectations demand outstanding communication and can-do leadership skills. Success requires attention to detail and sound judgment to plan and accomplish critical business and departmental objectives within a diverse range of business environments. As Project Manager, you will possess excellent communication and presentation skills at the senior level as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business. The project management assignment will begin onsite at Fremont HQ, but may move to client site based on project requirements.


  • Own the end-to-end execution of technical and administrative projects on a global scale and/or across various business segments at an enterprise level, through the application of subject matter expertise in project/program management, methodologies and process improvement
  • Consult with internal teams, partners, senior executive level parties and external clients to support the pursuit of new or expanding business opportunities through deployment strategy design, project management service cost estimation, client presentation and contractual requirement input support as required
  • Direct and monitor the requirements, framework conditions and progress of short-term IT projects involving a limited number of personnel
  • Support the development and drive the deployment, promotion and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals and objectives
  • Lead departmental improvements such as tools, templates, and processes
  • Analyze workflow issues and provide optimal solutions
  • Provide regular status reports and communication to the Internal Milestone team


Education and Experience

  • BA/BS and 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading the implementation of medium to large scale projects, including the management and oversight of diverse functional project team
  • Capable of effectively facilitating meetings and developing and executing detail oriented project plans and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification
  • 4+ years of experience coordinating technical projects involving multiple teams
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Able to infuse innovation and creativity into strategic plans
  • Ability to meet multiple, tight deadlines, and take ownership of writing tasks from start to finish without management oversight
