For this role, we are seeking a Senior Level Marketing Tool Administrator (Marketo) on-site with our high tech social network platform for a social media client based in Menlo Park, California.


Manage the integration, customization, and  buildout of our existing Marketo and Salesforce environment

Lead adoption of best practices for Marketo  email programs by business units

Set up integrations with tools that provide lead and activity data to Marketo

Provide administration, maintenance, and day to day technical support for Marketo Marketing Platform and integration to Salesforce

Monitor data quality and lead duplicates to maintain a high quality lead database

Evangelize use of Marketo to business units

Evaluate new technology, provide recommendations, and enable process and systems improvements for operational efficiency

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to prioritize and coordinate projects

Provide reporting and analysis to monitor activity and support business users.


Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Experience as Marketo administrator. Marketo certification is helpful.

Experience with Salesforce in conjunction with marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.…)

Strong communication skills to convey system status, data, analysis, and other facts with operational and business contacts both in writing and in person

Ability to lead collaborative discussions in the resolution of system or business issues

A  knowledge of  HTML and strong understanding of email-campaign best practices, as well as expertise with email fundamentals including reputation, spam, security, deliverability

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and exposure to sales processes and platforms in the advertising, media, and SaaS.
