Our vision is to revolutionize the way technology is deployed and supported worldwide. This role serves as a key member of the Facilities, Culinary and Security team for our technology customer.  



  • Support development of multi-year technology road map. Manage roadmap project charters, sequencing, dependency and other documentations.
  • Oversee large volume of projects that support cross-functional teams.
  • Drive execution of the roadmap projects and track project status.
  • Estimate quantitative and qualitative project measurement based on criteria.
  • Articulate and manage risks. Proactively communicate issues and risks with stakeholders for early assessment.
  • Estimate impact and domino due to delay or change of scope.
  • Support process improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT partners to align priority.
  • Support stakeholder engagement. Coordinate and document stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop weekly and monthly reports.
  • Understand KPI and drive high-priority projects and dashboard.
  • Define the business problem the project is trying to solve, quantify the benefit of the solution, and prioritize the project based on impact. Gather and validate business requirements prior to engaging with IT.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure all business requirements are captured in solution.
  • Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders on progress, timeline, risks.



  • 10+ years experience in project management.
  • Ability to handle conflict scope and timeline requests.
  • Ability to foresee problems and manage risks.
  • Extremely detail driven with overall program in-sight.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with highly technical management teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Able to write clearly and succinctly in technical and non-technical formats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient on tableau, excel and other analytical and reporting software.
  • Has the ability to apply logic and reason to solve complex problems.
  • Technically savvy. Able to infuse innovation and creativity into strategic plans.


  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
