    The Global Security Resiliency team prepares the business to respond to, and recover from any crisis with minimal impact on people, operations, assets, and reputation. The Crisis Management and Business Continuity Coordinator serves as the project coordinator to the Crisis Management and Business Continuity teams in Global Security to assist the team with coordinating engagement, developing reports, tracking team projects and tasks using internal tools, and providing additional project support, as necessary.


    • Manage Crisis Management and Business Continuity related activities such as planning, coordinating, collecting data, project management, and other needs as requested by multiple stakeholders.

    • Support Global Security Resiliency Leads during resiliency engagements ranging from event coordination to compiling meeting notes, and developing reports.

    • Manage all Crisis Management and Business Continuity related projects in the internal tool, and provide project support as requested.

    • Conduct assessments following engagements and project completion, and provide suggestions for process improvement.

    • Assist in streamlining solutions to optimize and enhance the current project structure.

    • Manage a membership database and collaborate with appropriate partners to ensure all membership information is accurate in all membership platforms.

    • Coordinate consolidation of metrics, information, and project updates for the Crisis Management and Business Continuity team for requested reports and summaries.

    • Conduct research and build presentations, as requested.

    • Maintain working knowledge of the Crisis Management and Business continuity internally, and within the industry.

    • Additional duties as required by the Business.


    • Three or more years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment or equivalent.
    • Prior experience with a global organization preferred.
    • High level understanding of crisis management and business continuity concepts.
    • High proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
    • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Ability to work in a cross-matrixed, rapidly changing, and demanding setting.
    • Ability to quickly learn and master new technology.
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or additional 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
