  • Overview

    The Learning & Development (L&D) Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing established processes to deliver the who, what, where and how of Facebook’s L&D programs and events. Support also includes learning systems data management and concierge support to learning participants. With a world-class learner experience as our team’s mission, the L&D Operations Coordinator is key to delivery on that expectation.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage meeting space reservations and logistics (includes administering Event ticket, collaboration with Facilities, reserving catering)
    • Coordinate scheduling of speaker/facilitator (typically in partnership with Vendor Coordinator)
    • Manage program materials or swag (inventory ordering, managing storage, delivering to classroom)
    • Provide in-classroom support and maintain communication with speaker/facilitator on day-of program delivery (varies by program or event)
    • Ensure and manage attendance tracking through learning management system (LMS)
    • Provide support to learning participants through ticketing system, email or instant message (varies by program or event)
    • Maintain communication with Program Liaison, stakeholder, facilitator and other relevant POCs to ensure exceptional and consistent experience for learning participants
    • Configure learning sessions in LMS
    • Export raw data from LMS, as requested by stakeholder, facilitator or Program Liaison
    • Dispatch manual “white-glove” communications or invitations as needed (varies by program or event)
    • Guide campus tours or escort visitors as needed (varies by program or event)
    • Assist Program Liaison and Operations Lead with maintenance of process documentation

     

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in learning and development environment
    • Demonstrated customer service skills
    • Event coordination experience
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Functions well in fast-paced environment
    • Skilled multi-tasker
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized
    • Excellent Communication Skills
