Overview

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a IMAC Techncian to assist with IT Deployments. Our goal is to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service and timeliness. This position is part of the IT team so candidates must be passionate about technology and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, equipment collection and basic deployments and repair for customers at campus locations

Basic installation and maintenance of computer peripherals

Troubleshooting network access and printers

Follows predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities

Image/Re-image computers

Migrate users from their old computer to a new one

Configure/Deploy Cisco IP phones

Responds to ticket queue, and ensures tickets are completed based upon their assigned priorities

Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follows through on action steps

Strives to meet all Client/Milestone SLA and Customer Satisfaction Goals

Qualifications

Familiar with Windows 7 OS/Applications troubleshooting
Minimum 0-3 year experience in servicing/deploying computer equipment
Customer service background
Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions
Physically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis in customer service
Detail oriented

Able to lift 40lbs or more
Have excellent documentation skills
Valid Driver's license is required
