We are seeking a Badging Lead to join the Physical Security team at local client offices. The Physical Security team is scaling quickly, and needs partners who can hustle as projects and new builds arise. Effective partners will be great communicators, fast paced workers, and have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the team that executes access control functions in respective region (badging, visitor management, key controls).
  • Manage team performance to ensure consistent execution to program standards.
  • Educate key business leaders and staff of access procedures and policy.
  • Lead onboarding awareness execution in new hire orientations to educate new staff of access standards.
  • Validate badge requests submitted through the JIRA Ticketing System are in accordance of Service Level Agreements, quality execution and delivered with strong customer service.
  • Develop regional shipping strategy to ensure timely delivery of access badges through identification of local suppliers, onboarding through Coupa system, and development of reorder levels of inventory of consumable supplies to ensure continual operations of present and future business.
  • Identify and optimize on local suppliers to improve on turnaround time and cost.
  • Provide Service Delivery Manager regular updates on the business, wins, blockers, plans to overcome identified challenges.   
  • Ensure visitor management systems are in accordance with security standards.
  • Educate key stakeholders on key access control best practices, including loaner badge issuance, visitor management system execution
  • Lead auditing procedures to ensure access in alignment of best practices, including duplicate profiles, onboarding expectations, space owner access approvals, etc.
  • Validate the execution of provisioning and deprovisioning of badge access.
  • Produce periodic reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and Access Control Program Lead to assess, measure, and improve performance. Identify areas that are not meeting Service Level expectations and develop tactics to bring to standards.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of project leadership experience
  • Multi-lingual to support regional diversity
  • Knowledge and respect of cultural differences and nuances
  • Training cross functional teams a plus!
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a high level of decision making quality
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a front-facing customer service role
  • A self-starter who thrives in a high pressure environment and works well with changing priorities
  • Badging or security experience (experience with the S2 security management system is preferred, but not required)
  • Bonus points for:
    • Experience in a technical environment
    • Experience with ticketing systems
