As a marketing professional with excellent communication skills, your main purpose will be to promote and maintain the Milestone Technologies brand, both internally and externally. Your daily activities will help drive corporate growth through various marketing communication programs. You will be responsible for writing content and managing key programs, including:  corporate communication, social media, press releases, thought leadership blog, collateral material, and contributing to web based initiatives.



  • Capture the voice of our brand and company messaging
  • Drive content strategy: whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, best practice guides, and marketing collateral
  • Manage social media and blog programs
  • Co-ownership of PR and corporate communication plans
  • Support content strategy creation, maintain editorial calendar, create content as needed
  • Ensure website follows SEO best practices, update copy as needed
  • Manage multiple projects, working closely with internal teams to play a role in everything from early ideation to the final output
  • Oversee the marketing communications editing process to ensure high-quality standards




  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing communications preferably in high-tech or services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (writing samples required).
  • Experience in successfully and collaboratively working with sales, marketing and executives on marketing strategies and communication initiatives
  • Proven experience in the marketing communication processes, copywriting and editing skills
  • Broad experience and knowledge of the marketing communications discipline from concept to copywriting
  • Excellent organizational and process management capabilities
  • Adapt well to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver effective communications by required deadlines
  • Works both as a team member and independently
  • Ability to convert creative concepts into strategic copy
