Responsibilities

Process and enter confidential and sensitive candidate information

  • Heavy scheduling of interviews, some with a same-day turnaround time
  • Administer background check process, offer letter initiation, approval processes, ensuring prompt follow up and communication to Recruiting and Human Resources.
  • Able to communicate professionally in formal emails to candidates and managers
  • Assist with general recruitment inquiries
  • Manage candidate expenses
  • Administrative and recruitment operation processes and practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

  • 1+ year professional experience with scheduling & calendar knowledge a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Experience communicating with all levels of an organization
  • Driven and creative self-starter with passion to go above and beyond and takes pride in their work
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high achieving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Must be able to switch gears quickly, operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to be resourceful
  • Outlook, Excel knowledge
  • Applicant Tracking System experiences a plus
