For this role, we are seeking a Senior Level Technical Project Manager on-site with our high tech social network platform for a social media client based in Menlo Park, California.

Responsibilities

This role is primarily responsible for:

 

  • Project scoping for sales and marketing solutions including technical and functional solutions.
  • Project Status Reporting for sales and marketing projects (Project tool and group posts).
  • Act as the IT liaison representing the Sales and Marketing Solutions team in vendor discussions, status meetings, and design discussions.
  • Drive projects by creating and maintaining tasks as well as working with task owners for the delivery of solutions.
  • Facilitate design and development discussions as needed to drive project and scoping efforts.
  • Managing questions, educating users, and solving issues.
  • Staying up to date with new changes and developments with internal sales applications
  • Escalating issues, follow up, and communicating resolution to users
  • Developing and contributing to standard documentation and knowledge bases

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on customer service and support required
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive in proposing solutions and avoiding problems.
  • 5+ years of experience as Salesforce Certified System Administrator/Developer
  • Designed, developed Salesforce integration with various E-Business suite applications such as Mass email platform e.g. Marketo, Responsys etc. and Project Planning tools such Workfront, Daptive etc.
  • 3+ Years Technical Project Manager experience required
  • Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and well.
  • Understanding of business functions related to the application.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Ability to work on site at the client location 5 days per week.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, Outlook.
