Overview

The Learning & Development Program Liaison or “Pod Lead” is responsible for operational and logistical oversight of Recruiting & Diversity learning programs, as well as relationship management with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Primary POC on assigned pod of program

  • Consultant to multiple stakeholders for what is operationally/logistically possible
  • Partner with supervisor to measure scope of work and create a plan to execute
  • Execute coordination activities, as needed
  • Liaison and “translator” between stakeholder and pod learning coordinators
  • Logistics POC to external visitors
  • Support vendor contract logistics (POs, gathering signatures)

Supervision of defined pod of learning programs

  • Monitor program schedule, assist in forecasting and report status to stakeholder
  • Respond to learner inquiries through email alias and Desk (as applicable)
  • Identify program risks and recommend mitigation solutions
  • Monitor program reports for actionable insights, report to stakeholder
  • Create and manipulate Excel reports (Pivot tables, vLookup)

Administration and operations maintenance of programs

  • Learn system course configuration for assigned program(s)
  • Maintain program content version control (PPTs, materials)
  • Maintain program documentation (run books, job aids)
