For this role, we are seeking an entry level position on-site with our high tech / social network platform / social media client based in Dublin. This position is for a General Application Support Administrator and is a critical member of a Managed Services support team.  

Responsibilities

  • Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include: customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Must have excellent communication, analytic and presentation skills as this role requires you to interface with the end users to understand business processes, workflows and apply that knowledge to your daily support of the application
  • Act as escalation point for issues related to the Salesforce platform and associated integrations
  • Provide real-time and on-call support for issues relating to Salesforce and other associated integrations – specifically monitor group postings, resolve break fixes, address requests for enhancements and contribute to projects
  • Work cross-functionally and amongst the team to maintain, support and improve upon integrations with different systems
  • Develop and contribute to standard documentation and knowledge bases

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Design, or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrable proficiency in specific technology relevant to client needs
  • 3+ years applied experience performing system administration and data management responsibilities for Salesforce.com Administrative Certification (201) required
  • Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, & database schema
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Data Loader, CRMfusion and/or other relevant administration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet schedule deadlines
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail with a focus on a high quality of client service delivery and adherence to Service level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and highly demanding work environment
  • Candidate must have ability to work on site at the client location 5 days/week
