The Warehouse Technician's work responsibilities cover a wide range of tasks. They are skilled and experienced in receiving and will be responsible for managing all warehouse matters including but not limited to conducting inbound services, outbound services and reverse logistics. Warehouse Technicians need to understand the process of fulfilling requests inside out, and possess a penchant for accuracy. They need to possess high attention to detail and be very accurate as the ability of other teams to deliver is dependent on their work.


• Assisting with unload of shipment received to the facility
• Use of inventory management systems to accurately stow/move equipment in the warehouse.
• Fulfilling requests for equipment and providing support to adjoining teams.
• Conducting inbound services, which include receiving and processing equipment from suppliers and various sites.
• Completing additional tasks assigned by Logistics Team Lead or Management.
• Cleaning and refurbishing computers and phones in preparation for returning to stock.
• Completing requests for materials and equipment.
• Completing data entry in inventory management systems.
• Prepare and paste labels on shipments
• Organize packaging to ensure safety of shipment
• Verify accuracy of request by matching them with quantities and types
• Take part in year-round and general inventory procedures
• Pull off any old or not needed stickers from boxes and make sure that they are discarded properly


• Available to work 40 hours/5 days per week with offset hours.
• Excellent interview and follow through skills, coupled with strong organizational skills and solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ready, willing, and able to deliver excellence independently or collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of different operating systems (MAC, Windows, and LINUX).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations.
• Be an analytical thinker who can help organize and strive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.
• Possess experience with inventory management.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and equipment.
• Recommended experience operating forklifts/lift trucks. Certification a plus, but not required.
• Recommended to have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
