Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Operations Manager to support operations at Uber Technologies. Candidates should be highly organized, energetic and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced and high-pressure environment. Candidates should be comfortable with and excited about technology. This is a full-time position in San Francisco that will allow you to work with two rapidly growing, innovative companies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

 

  • You will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations and assisting in the hiring and managing of our global team.
  • You will have the opportunity to foster relationships with on-site management and ensure their needs are met and we work together seamlessly.
  • Manage and systematize our Global hiring process and communication.
  • Develop, lead and execute strategies to foster positive associate relations and retention; and timely staffing.
  • Lead action-oriented analyses and provide regular weekly and monthly reports on performance and trends.
  • Guide and direct managers and Leads to ensure consistency with policies.
  • Support the management of salary, operational budget, and expense management
  • Coordination of Global hiring activities including:
    • Scheduling interviews and organizing interview feedback.
    • Collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
    • Obtaining client feedback

  • Skilled at organizing people and tasks, building efficient workflows, and simplifying complex processes.
  • Ambitious self-starter who assumes ownership over projects and responsibilities, has a proven ability to work effectively in a team based environment.
  • Highly organized and system oriented, capable of working on multiple projects and maintaining communication with a large team.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt while delivering results in a fast moving environment with constant changing priorities and demands.
  • High level detail orientation with the ability to problem solve on the fly.
  • A team player, who genuinely cares about the well being of the team.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, Google apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience
