Support administrative and business processes for International team of Milestone Technologies in EMEA & APAC acting as point of contact for travel and expense queries and liaising regularly with back office team to ensure smooth processes are in place and being handled effectively.  


  • Assist employees with Concur Travel and Expense when needed
  • Travel Management for EMEA/APAC
    • Responsible for obtaining all travel approvals from authorized approvers
      • Responsible for approving these travel requests in Concur or with a CTM agent
    • Coordinate all non-employee approved travel arrangements
    • Act as point person for CTM agency UK
    • Vendor Management
      • Manage various supplier relationships
      • Act as point person for all international vendor accounts
    • Communicate all Travel and Expense processes to new hires and train where necessary
    • Manage Visa requests
    • Manage third party hotel billing information when necessary
    • Assist in maintaining client PO budgets


  • Expense Management for EMEA/APAC
    • Reconcile the corporate travel credit card, and other travel related invoices
  • Time Card reconciliation & Support
    • Support employee onboarding and training on systems
    • Resolve queries
  • Health & Safety
    • Support health & safety initiatives by coordinating training, documenting certification and updating documents
  • Communications/Events
  • Ensure Company announcements and updates are shared with the wider team and assist with event coordination



  • Remote position with site visit min. twice a week. Can change to full time onsite position at any time
  • After hour and weekend on call support as needed
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience with online travel booking tools preferred
  • Human Resource/Payroll Law understanding and experience
  • Data Entry

  • Customer service oriented (both internal and external)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Problem solving and resourceful
