Milestone Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly-successful Sales Professional to fill our Account Director position. This coveted role is our most senior Sales position and serves as the main point of contact for our largest and most strategic clients.
As Account Director, you will be responsible for crafting a holistic approach with the goal of going “deeper and wider” within your assigned accounts while continuing to grow wallet share and product participation within new logo/prospect accounts as well. Become a trusted advisor and partner, vs. “just another vendor,” to cultivate long-term relationships and maximize value to the client or prospect.
You will engage at a variety of levels, including the C-Suite, and across multiple functional groups to help develop strategies with these key stakeholders to address their ongoing business, financial and technical/IT support needs.
In addition to executing against the strategic vision, the Account Director will also manage daily account operations and coordinate resources around any billing, technical and customer satisfaction needs.
To be successful in this position, you must possess a consultative sales approach. Be able to influence and manage internal, as well as client resources. Clearly and effectively present new ideas and concepts. Have a proven track record of successfully closing high-revenue technology solutions. Experienced in positioning consulting, professional, and managed services; and able to comfortably discuss these technologies in order to identify new opportunities, build a pipeline and advance these new projects to a successful close in order to meet/exceed sales expectations.
